有效提高ERP实施的成功率是学术界与企业界普遍关注的问题。通过大量文献的回顾,并结合我国企业实施ERP的现状,从系统的角度分析了人的因素(高层的支持与参与、人员素质问题)、物的因素(ERP软件的选型、硬件的支持和数据的因素)、环境的因素(外部的支持、国情约束)对ERP实施的影响。

System Analyses of Key Factor in Putting ERP into Practice

It has become a commonly concerned problem in the field of academy and enterprise to improve the success rate of implementing ERP effectively.By looking back a large amount of relative documents and combing with the current situation of the enterprises implementing ERP in China,this paper analyses the key factors that influence the successful implementing of ERP,such as human factors including support and participation of enterprise leader and personnel quality problem,thing factors including the choice of ERP software,support of hardware,and the data accuracy,and environmental factors including external support and restrain of national situation,from the angle of system.
