Abstract:KIPP(Knowledge Is Power Program) schools have shaped its own characteristics in the long development.KIPP has got a rapid development in the United States with the duty of improving students’ achievements and personal traits,the underpinning of high expectations,excellent commitment,ex-long learning time,strong leadership and performance emphasis and the help of top-quality teachers and self-management.It can be useful to us in the school model and management,promoting education equity through learning from its successful experience of the development.
