信息技术支持的校本培训研究

摘    要:文章介绍了信息技术支持的校本培训三个阶段,并依此进行了研究设计,依据研究设计开展了培训活动,并对培训效果进行了分析,以期探索教师专业发展过程中理论知识向教学技能迁移的有效途径。

Abstract:This article described the three stages in the school-based training supported by Information Technology,and so were the study design,based on the design of training activities,and analyzed the training effects to explore the way migration from the theoretical knowledge to teaching skills for the professional development.
