略论知识分子政策的历史变革

改革开放初期,邓小平同志率领我党力挽狂澜,拨乱反正,实现了知识分子政策的历史变革.表现为推翻"两个估计",确立了知识分子应有的社会地位;正确分析知识分子的阶级属性,重新肯定了他们是工人阶级的一部分;从社会主义现代化建设战略全局的高度,提出了知识分子的特殊作用;重视提高和改善知识分子的工作条件和生活待遇.

Brief Discussion on Historical Reform of the Policy towards Intellectuals

At the begening of reform and opening,under the leadership of DengXiaoping, our party made vigorous efforts to turn the tide, brought order out of chaos and relized about the historical reform of the policy towards intellectuals.The manifestations are: Overthrew "the two estimates",established the social status which intellectuals should have, analysed the calss attribute of intellectuals correctly, reaffirmed that they are part of the worker class, put forward the special role of intellectuals from the height of the strategic overall situation of the socialist modornization constrction, attached importance to raise and improve the working condition and life treatment of intellectuals.
