摘    要:素质教育的全面实施,基础教育课程改革的深入推进都需要评价作出“回应”。中小学教育评价尤其是学生评价改革应成为助推基础教育课程改革的“泵”,而不能成为制约课改实验的“桎梏”。就当前的中小学学生评价实践而言,尚面临重重困惑。为此,应从发展性学生评价的内涵入手,就评价的手段与目的间关系、学生评价的价值取向之争、评价证据的“科学性”几个方面进行理性分析。

Abstract:The full practice of quality education and deep promotion of curriculum reform of basic education need evaluation to make "response." Evaluation of primary and secondary education, especially reformation of student's evaluation, should be the "pump" to propel curriculum reform of basic education, and it can't become the " shackles" of restricting curriculum reform. As far as current evaluation of primary and secondary education is concerned, it still faces many puzzles. So, the paper analyzes rationally from the meaning of developmental assessment of student, the relations between means and purposes, struggle of value of students evaluation, "science" of evaluation evidence, and points major factors which influence the science of student evaluation, and put forward the basic trend of reform of students evaluation.
