| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济体制的建立,我国央行越来越重视利率在经济调节中的作用,从1996年至今,已经多次采用利率手段来进行宏观调控,并且取得了很好的成效.2004年10月28日,央行宣布加息.文章就是以这次加息为背景,来探讨央行的利率决策机制及其加息对经济的影响.

| Abstract: | Along with establishing the market economy system,the central bank of China has attached more importace to the of interest rate within marketable regulation.Since 1996,the central bank has frequently taken the interest rate measures to control the macro-economy and achieved well result.As a declaring to raise interest rate since October 28th,2004,this paper mainly probes into the decision mechanism with interest rate for central bank and its impact on economy against the interest rate as background. |
