摘    要:通过对企业、院校、毕业生及网络的调研,分析目前我国模具企业的发展现状,总结人才需求及毕业生的反馈意见,发现企业需求的主要是具有较高水平的模具设计人员、精通现代化加工设备编程和操作的人才,从而提出加强校企合作、增加“实战”内容、改善教学手段等专业建设意见,以加强学生对专业理论知识和专业技能的掌握,提高学校的社会服务功能,满足企业对专业人才的需求。

Abstract:T his paper analysed the development status of mould enterprises in our country at present and sum -marized that talent requirement of enterprises and student feedback according to the findings of a survey from enter -prises ,colleges and internet .The results showed that the main need in enterprises is higher levels mold designers , the person with ability who is proficient in modern processing equipment programming and operation .Putting for-ward some professional construction opinions including Strengthening the cooperation between colleges and ,Increas-ing ”combat”content ,improving teaching means and others ,In order to strengthen the student to the professional theory knowledge and professional skills of the master ,improve social service function of college ,satisfy demands for mold specialty personnel w ho is needed by enterprises .
