| 摘 要： | 研究发现企业参与高职校企合作的动因主要是长期人才战略，其次是共享学校资源，再次是短期用工需要，最后企业才会考虑承担社会责任；同时发现不同性质、不同行业、不同规模的企业参与校企合作的动因也存在显著差异。

| Abstract: | Researches show that the motives of enterprise to participate in enterprise -college cooperation is firstly because of their long -term personnel strategy ,secondly to share the college resources ,thirdly the short -term labor worker shortage and lastly the willingness to bear social responsibility .There are also remarkable differ-ences among enterprises of different nature ,field and scale in this cooperation . |
