| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的乙醇提取了铁筅第中的黄酮类化合物,进行了定性分析,并以芦丁为对照品,用紫外分光关度计对铁筅箒中黄酮化合物进行了定量测定,结果表明铁筅箒中含有一定量的黄酮类化合物,80%乙醇提取效果较好.

| Abstract: | Total flavonoids are extracted by different concentration alcohol from Bidens biternata(Lour.)Merr.et Sherff and also its qualitative analysis are offered. The result indicates that the ultrasonic extracting method is the best when use rutin. as control experiments The most optimal conditions are that the concentration of alcohol is 80%. |
