| 摘 要： | 创新精神和实践能力是21世纪对大学生提出的两项基本要求,各高校也在开展形式多样的创新实践活动,因此,对大学生课外创新实践成果进行评价变得尤为重要。创新学分和"R系数"是现行创新实践成果评价手段中重要的两项。在考试制度上建立补偿机制和选拔制度上"宽进严出"的淘汰机制,以利于创新人才的培养。
