| 摘 要： | 文章例举了高校图书馆灾后重建招标工作中所出现的几个影响灾后重建的重要问题,并对其进行了详细研究、剖析与总结,指出了这些问题对高校图书馆灾后重建带来的负面影响,并提出了具体解决方案,以解决在类似招标工作中出现的相同问题,使高校图书馆能圆满完成灾后重建工作。

| Abstract: | This paper takes some important problems involving college library post-disaster reconstruction in the bidding work as examples and makes detailed research,analysis and summary accordingly.The author points out that these problems have negative effects,puts forward specific solutions to the similar bidding work,and makes the college library concerned complete the post-disaster reconstruction work satisfactorily. |
