| 摘 要： | 基于员工满意度的契约理论和勘察施工企业的行业特征,以问卷调研方式获取反映员工满意度的相关样本数据,用SPSS13.0统计软件做数据处理和分析,结果显示:在影响勘察施工企业员工满意度的诸因素中,工资福利的内部公平性、绩效考评的客观性、职业发展梯度空间的畅通性是员工认同度较低的因素,资历则是员工身份的显著性因素。

| Abstract: | Based on contract theory of employee satisfaction and industrial characteristics of survey and construction enterprises,this paper analyzes employee satisfaction of reconnaissance and construction enterprises by statistical software SPSS13.0 on relevant sample data by means of questionnaire survey. Results show that among the factors impacting on employee satisfaction for reconnaissance construction enterprises,internal fairness of wages and benefits,objectivity of performance appraisal,smoothing of career ... |
