| 摘 要： | 我国高职教育产学研合作的主要模式有以下几种：“学工交替”模式是一种学生企业生产实践与学校理论学习相互交替，学用紧密结合的产学合作教育模式；“订单式”人才培养模式是指作为培养方的高职院校与作为用人方的企事业单位针对社会和市场需求共同制定人才培养计划，签订用人订单，并在师资、技术、办学条件等方面合作；“实训-科研-就业”一体化模式是“一种学校与企业共同合作，以项目开发或技术服务等科技活动为媒介，以学生就业为导向的职业教育模式”；“2 1”人才培养模式是指学生两年在学校学习，一年在企业实习。
