新手教师的成长过程与特征初探

摘    要:教师的新手阶段是其整个成长发展过程的起步阶段。对于教师而言,参加工作后的两三年是能否迅速掌握教育知识、具备相应的教育能力、顺利达到胜任阶段的关键时期。新手教师的成长过程就是逐步掌握和运用教育知识、胜任教师工作的过程。这个过程大致可以分为冲动受挫期、平稳反思期、加速发展期三个阶段。

Abstract:The period of the novice teachers is the start stage of their development. The beginning period of two or three years as teachers is the most important period during which they can master educational knowledge promptly, have corresponding educational quality and ability and grow up smoothly. I think the course of growing up of novice teachers is the course of mastering and utilizing educational knowledge and qualifying the teaching occupation. This course can be divided into three stages. The first one is the period of impulse and frustration. The second is the period of smooth review. The third is the period of speeding up the development.
