摘    要:教育是以培养人为目的的社会活动,人是教育的最终目的。德育的人性化将成为21世纪德育的走向。德育人性化的有效实践应该把握好道德和政治目标、人的自然性与德育的人情味、个体与集体的辩证关系。

Abstract:Education is a social activity of cultivating people while people are the purpose of education. Humanization of moral education is the tendency of moral education in the 21^st century, which requires the a dialectical balance between morality and political objectives, nature of human beings and humanity of moral education, individuals and the collective.
