| Abstract: | Whether private enterprise owners should be admitted into the party or not does not depend on their class nature but on the degree of their advancement. The complexity of the motives for their joining the party is an indirect reflection of the retarded reform of political system. The admittance of private enterprise owners into the party brings some new problems to the construction of the ruling party, to which much attention should be paid. |
