论复式教学在基础教育规模布局调整中的作用

摘    要:提高教育资源利用效率是政府调整基础教育规模布局的动因。其结果产生了正的外部效应和负的外部效应。复式教学,既可提高教育资源的利用效率,又能避免基础教育规模布局调整的负的外部效应的产生。

Abstract:The restructuring of basic education layout is motivated by the government's intention to improve the efficiency of utilizing educational resource. It brings about both positive and negative external effects. However, multi-grade teaching can not only improve the efficiency of utilizing educational resource,but also avoid the negative external effect produced in the restructuring of the basic education layout
