南拳竞赛套路技术演进与训练的初步研究

南拳作为一个竞技武术项目,在武术竞赛中具有重要的地位。竞技武术比赛中的南拳套路无论是在技术内容还是在技术风格上,都因竞技比赛的特殊性同传统南拳套路有所变化和区别,但又不能完全脱离传统南拳的技术体系,游离于其框架之外。本文对南拳竞赛套路技术风格演进进行初步研究,将其划分为三个阶段,两个时期,并对南拳技术风格作了比较研究,同时,还提出了规定和自选南拳并存,举办南拳单项大赛,在南拳竞赛套路的训练中注重演练、突出项目特点等建议。

The Evaluation Process of the Nanquan's Style and It's Training in Sports Ground

As one kind of sports wushu forms, Nanquan is very important but there is great difference between Chinese traditional Nanquan form and current Nanquan form in playing area (sports Nanquan) not only in substance but also in style. In this paper, we studied the history of Nanquan's style changing process, and compartmentalize it in three phases, two periods. We also studied the style form in Nanquan. Some suggestions have been taken out in this paper.
