| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府建立以后，党治体制仍然存在，不过经过了改造。要研究1927-1937年中国国民党党政体制的制度规定及其运作规律，必须首先弄清中国国民党的组织结构及其原则。中国国民党党组织有4个特点：即党组织网络的特征；党的组织原则实行事实上的集权制；党务干部名义上的任期制实质上的终身制：党内派系林立之下党政体制运作的情况。

| Abstract: | Since Nanjing Government of the Republic of China had been established,the party-government system still existed,though it was reformed.If you study the systems of Chinese Kuomintang's party-government and its operational laws,you must first understand the structures of party and their principles.There are four differences in the organization of Chinese Kuomintang:the feature of party organization's network;the principle of party organization being centralized type of organization in fact;the nominal tenure in office of party affairs being the system of life tenure in substance;the operation of party-government under varied party groupings. |
