创新人才培养的实践思考——以山东科技大学为例

摘    要:培养创新人才是高等学校的重要使命。山东科技大学结合高校自身特点,科学定位,明确培养目标,通过人才培养模式创新、课程体系改革、加强教学基本建设等方面开展了创新人才培养的实践;建立和完善了涵盖所有专业80%以上学生参与的校级科技创新活动平台,为创新型人才的全面发展铺就了攀登之路。用人单位对毕业生的满意率保持在98%以上。

Abstract:Training creative talents is an important mission of university.Combining with its own characteristics,scientific orientation,clear training objectives,Shandong University of Science and Technology carry out the creative talent practice by the talents training mode,curriculum system reform,strengthening the teaching infrastructure;establish and perfect a science and technology innovation platform of university level for covering 80% participation of all field,and paved the road for the comprehensive development of creative talents to climb.Employer satisfaction rate of the graduates remained at 98%.
