| 摘 要： | 青少年运动员文化学习刻不容缓。由于"学训矛盾"等客观因素的存在,学习效率对促进青少年运动员文化学习的重要性日益突显出来。福建省青少年运动员文化学习效率不高的问题较为严重,需要切实采取一系列符合省情的有效措施加以解决。
