| Abstract: | The financial risk of enterprise group exists objectively.Enterprise group should foresee and control the risk fully and effectively on the basis of identifying risk,evaluating risk and analyzing risk and therefore decrease the unfavorable consequences resulted from financial risk to the minimum with the most economical method. |
