| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育“大众化”的推进，以及社会主义市场经济的逐步建立．高校毕业生就业问题日益突出。面对困难和挑战，认真分析影响高校毕业生就业的因素，研究当前毕业生供需矛盾，有针对性地提出解决方案．促进高校潜在劳动力资源向现实劳动力转化有着积极意义。
