| 摘 要： | 叶绿体色素提取与分离实验,在植物生理学的实验中,是一个非常重要的教学内容。本文通过对实验原理及难点进行分析,并改进实验中的一些试剂、实验步骤和方法,使学生的实验成功率明显提高,取得良好的实验教学效果。
