摘    要:教学中师生关系处于紧张状态的根本原因在于师生交往前提条件的缺失和对学生需要的忽视,教师常常采取消极的方式控制课堂。建构合理的师生关系要求教师既保持自身的独立性,又不成为外在的专制者,与学生保持双向互动的信息联系,注意满足不同学生的心理需要。

Abstract:The cause of a strained relationship between the teachers and students in teaching is the lack of theprerequisite for communication and the ignorance of the needs of the students. The establishment of a rational teacher-and-student relationship requires a teacher to keep his or her own independence while avoid being autocratic. A good teachershould always keep in interactive contact with students and meet the different psychological demands of different studens.
