| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国公共管理硕士专业学位发展概况,对我国MPA教育发展中存在的办学理念定位不准、教学资源分配不均、教学质量控制不严、办学特色彰显不足等问题进行了分析,进而提出构建我国公共管理硕士专业学位全面质量控制体系的构想。

| Abstract: | Combined with the development of MPA in china, this paper analysis the problems of educational philosophy of inaccurate positioning, the uneven distribution of teaching resources, the loose of teaching quality control and the inadequate of education characteristics, and then put forward the total quality control system construction of Chinese MPA. |
