| Abstract: | The rapid development and extensive utilization of new technologies with computer,network,communication and multimedia as the representatives brings great changes to the path,scope,means and pattern of the development and utilization of Baise Uprising archives.Based on the development and utilization practice of Baise Uprising archives resources in recent years,the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development and utilization under new technology environment,and explores some ideas such as building“Internet”thinking,promoting information resources sharing,optimizing technology service,strengthening propaganda and optimizing archives team structure. |
