大数据环境下高校电子文件管理模式之规范思考

根据大数据环境下高校档案管理工作的改变,阐述了高校电子文件管理的现状,指出了电子文件在传统档案管理模式下的尴尬处境、各高校管理模式各自为政等问题。由此从宏观理论、微观实践两个方面分析出高校电子文件管理模式规范化的必要性,对高校电子文件管理模式规范化提出三点建议和思路。

Thoughts on the Standardization of Electronic Records Management Mode in Universities Under the Big Data Environment

According to the change of archives management in universities under the big data environment,this paper expounds the current situation of the management of electronic records in universities,points out the embarrassing situation of electronic records under the traditional archives management mode,and points out that each university manages its own affairs.From the macro theory and micro practice,this paper analyzes the necessity of standardizing the management mode of electronic records in universities.This paper puts forward three suggestions and ideas for the standardization of electronic records management mode in universities.
