| 摘 要： | 满族作为少数民族入主中原,逐渐建立中央政权,在继承明制的基础上,逐渐建立了较完善的地方官学体制,无论学校建立、生员招生,还是教官选拔、教学管理和考核等,都不断发展,并趋向成熟,为清前期盛世出现奠定基础,但也存在不少隐患,为当今教育发展等提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Manchu as a minority entered the Central Plains and gradually established a central regime.On the basis of the education system of Ming Dynasty,a relatively complete local official education system was established gradually,in which school establishment,student enrollment,instructor selection,teaching management,student assessment and so on were expanded rapidly,and gradually reached maturity.All of these measures laid the foundations of flourishing age in the early days of Qing Dynasty,but lots of dangers hid in the construction and development of education system.All of these provide reference for the development of education today. |
