| 摘 要： | 远程教育基层实践具有"先锋"与"常态"两种基本形态.具有"先锋"性质的远程教育基层实践,是一种带有实验性质的教育形态创新运动,这些有别于常态教育形式和风格的探索,从自我出发寻求教育价值和意义,其探索在现实中的呈现方式是变化的,会经历一个由"先锋"到"常态"、再由"常态"到"先锋"的过程.本文基于对北京电大东城分校首届学习小组研讨会进行的叙事分析,提出,如果远程教育要想成为一门学科,就离不开基层这些具有"先锋"精神的探索,远程教育理论界应该积极汲取这些来自基层的、充满了泥土气息的探索,借此丰富远程教育的理论;远程教育基层实践"先锋"与"常态"两种形态的周而复始,是远程教育发展的内驱力,推动着远程教育乃至整个教育的发展.
