公务员绩效考核模糊综合评价的数学模型及其应用研究

摘    要:本文通过引进模糊数学的方法,根据公务员的绩效评估实际,建立起绩效考核模糊综合评价的数学模型,并加以实际验证,获得了积极的结果,证明这个模型是一个有很高实用价值的绩效评估方式.

Abstract:This paper introduces fuzzy mathematics methods,according to the evaluation realism of civil servants,trying to formulate a mathematical model of performance evaluation fuzzy assessment,and at the same time trying to apply it which responds positively.This model turns out to be a highly practical and valuable performance evaluation method.
