| Abstract: | Being confronted with the present situation that the teachers' degrees of the current political situation and policy education course are both comparatively low in the academic degree and theoretically weak,which is urgent to be altered,universities must take effective measures,such as the enlargement of investment,the founding of the system of teachers' attending in a advanced studies and strengthening the education of teacher's moralities so as to promote university teacher's quality in a all-around way. |
