| 摘 要： | 通过对八一男子篮球队在CBA 15年发展的兴衰历程及CBA2008-2010两个赛季的比赛进行研究,结果显示,八一队的成功是计划经济时代的产物,市场经济体制下逐渐衰落;人才培养理念的偏差,以人为本的精神缺失,体制落后,训练质量低是八一队的衰落决定性因素。

| Abstract: | Through the method of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,the research studies the rise and decline of Ba Yi team in 15 years and its performance during the 2008-2010 seasons in the CBA.The study shows that the glory of the team is a product of the planned economy and then it gradually declines in the market economic system.The determined factors mainly focus on the deviation of personnel training notions,the lack of people oriented spirit,back... |
