学习型组织及其特征

摘    要:学习型组织理论是一种新兴的管理理论,但是,在学习型组织建设中存在着诸多误区,梳理和研究学习型组织理论,能够加深对学习型组织的认识,指导学习型组织建设的实践.本文认为,学习不仅仅是一种知识的接受过程,它还包含了知识的发现、传播、获取、应用以及形成改造客观世界的能力等.学习型组织就是整个组织主动创造,获取和转换知识,并根据新的知识和观点改变组织行为的组织,学习型组织有其独特的组织特征.

Abstract:The theory of the Learning Organization is an emerging management theory,but,there are many misunderstandings existing in the establishment of it.Through studying the Learning Organizational theory,we can have a better understanding of it and guide practice effectively.The paper argues that learning is not just a process of accept knowledge,it also contains discovery,dissemination,acquisition and application of knowledge,and develops the ability to change the world.The Learning Organization is an organization that creating,acquiring and converting knowledge actively,and changing organizational behave based on new knowledge and perspectives.The Learning Organization has its own unique characteristics.
