| 摘 要： | 21世纪我国高等教育的改革与发展对高校图书馆提出了新的要求。在这样的新形势下，图书馆如何发展。怎样去满足高等教育改革和时代发展的需要，就此问题笔者提出了提高图书馆信息服务质量的一系列措施与建议。
