| 摘 要： | 职教师资培养和培训一直是职业教育乃至整个师范教育中的重点和难点,河南科技学院(原河南职业技术师范学院)在实践中走出了一条培养中实施"四双"工程建设,培训中实行"五开放、一优化"培训模式的路子,提高了教育质量,充分发挥了"一个基地,三个中心"的作用。

| Abstract: | The teacher's training was focal point and difficult point in vocation and even the whole teacher education all the time. Henan Institute of Science and Technology(the former Henan Vocational and Technical Teacher's College)have opened up a new way in practice of "Four Double" engineering construction and "Five Open,One Optimization" training mode, to promote the education quality and play the role of "One Base,Three Center" fully. |
