| 摘 要： | 观察哮喘宁颗粒的抗炎、免疫作用。方法:用二甲苯及琼脂建立炎症模型观察哮喘宁颗粒对急性炎症及慢性炎症的作用;从体液免疫和细胞免疫两方面观察哮喘宁颗粒的免疫作用。结果:哮喘宁颗粒可明显对抗急性炎症和慢性炎症,对体液免疫和细胞免疫具有调节作用。结论:哮喘宁颗粒有较好的抗炎和免疫调节的作用。

| Abstract: | The objective is to observe the anti-inflammatory and immunological effects of Xiaochuanning Granule.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect is observed by the acute inflammation and chronic inflammation induced xylene and agar.Observe the effect of Xiaochuanning Granule on humoral immunity and cellular immunity induced by chicken red blood cell and 2,4-dinitr-ochlorobenzene.The result is that Xiaochuanning Granule could confront the acute inflammation and chronic inflammation,and restrain the humoral immunity... |
