| 摘 要： | 高师毕业生的实习阶段是高师院校“产品”加工成才的最后一道工序。其质量的高低，关系到我国基础教育能否真正实现由“应试教育”向“素质教育”转轨。文章从素质教育对新教师素质提出更新更高的要求出发，论述高师毕业生在实习期间，应自觉地去实践、接受素质教育培训，提出高师院校应采取的相应对策

| Abstract: | The period of practice is the last procedure of training students in teachers'college.The result decides whether the fundamental education can shift from test education to quality education.First of all,the article discusses that quality education present higher demands on the would-be teachers.Then it stresses that the graduates should practise continuously and participate in the training of quality education.Finally it concerns about the corresponding measures teachers' college should take. |
