摘    要:在社会发展对人才需求日益多样化的今天,家庭教育的重要性得到了越来越多人的认可和关注。然而多年来我国家庭教育的成效却不尽如人意,家庭教育指导不能满足家长需要。虽然青少年家庭教育的成败与家长的教育能力和水平密切相关,但与政府、社区、高校、中小学校的支持与配合也是密不可分的。只有政府、社区、高校、中小学校和家庭五者形成教育合力、发挥叠加效应,才能更好地促进青少年的发展。因此,构建以政府为主导、社会力量为主体的"五位一体"(GCUSF)家庭教育指导模式将有效促进家庭教育指导水平的提升,提高家庭教育的效果。

Abstract:Family education has received extensive attention,and its importance gets approval from more and more people on the current situation of that social development diversely demands talents.However,the effects of family education are not ideal in the past years in China,and family education guiding can not meet parents’ needs.The results of family education for teenagers are closely related to parents’ educating ability and level, but they are inextricably interworked with the support and cooperation from government,communities,universi-ties and schools.Only concerted efforts from government, communities, universities, schools and families are joined together,can teenagers’ development be promoted.Therefore,the constructure of GCUSF guiding pattern in family education,which dominating by the government and mainly containing social forces,would promote the winding of guiding level in family education and improve the effects of family education.
