| 摘 要： | 指出创建绵阳科技城可以借鉴台湾高科技产业发展经验 ,如创造良好的内部环境 ;重视科技投资与科技研发以及成果转化 ;加强技术引进和国际合作。同时也应吸取台湾的教训 ,发挥技术对传统产业的带动和辐射能力 ,克服基础脆弱、结构单一、对外依赖性强等不足。
