| Abstract: | With the construction of China - ASEAN Freed Trade Zone, the intruding position advantage of Vietnam is very obvious. As China invest more and more money on Vietnam market and business gets larger and larger, more and more problems have occurred. Thus China should probe on some problems in terms of trade with and investment in Vietnam. |
