| Abstract: | This paper has introduced a new theory whereupon a simulated speeding up trial operation of mechanical parts over a shorter period of time can replace the traditional wholelifetrial operation.The paper has also offered the principles which the trial operation regulation goes by and the importance of popularizing this new trial operation. |
