Governing by Noninterference is the highest principle of Taoist philosophy of government.The dialectical relations between no unnatural action and having something done has been gradually understood by people in the course of historical development. The experiences of the government administration and economical construction in the past 50 years since 1949 has shown that having something done against objective laws would do much harm to the socialist cause and people's life.It is obvious that it is of great importance to study and apply dialectics in the government of modern economic work and social administration.
