| 自学考试的主考学校制度研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 高等教育自学考试制度是中国特色的高等教育制度。在自学考试制度的创立和发展过程中,逐渐地建立起了由高等学校和国家考试机构共同运作的机制。其中的主考学校制度,是自学考试制度中最具核心意义的独创,也是自学考试制度正常实施的重要保证。本文从主考学校制度的起源含义入手,探讨了主考学校制度的作用,并分析了在当前高等教育大众化的背景下,该制度面临的问题,并指出了解决的途径。同时阐述了对主考学校制度独特性的看法。 |

| Abstract: | The Higher Education Self-taught Examinations Program(STE)is a higher educational system with Chinese characteristics.The mechanism operated by higher colleges and national examination authorities has built with the development of STE.The Examination School System(ESS)is one of the core systems and the guarantee of the operation of STE.The article discuss the functions of ESS with the research of it's origin and conception.The author also analysis the problems of ESS under the mass higher education and points out how to solve these problems.The author expounds the unique traits of ESS at the same time. |
