摘    要:德国高等职业技术教育机构主要有高等专科学校和职业学院.德国高等职业技术人才培养有着高素质的师资队伍的保证.为更全面地了解德国高等职业技术教育师资队伍建设,本文先对高等专科学校和职业学院的建立与发展作了简要介绍,在此基础上着重从任职资格、工作任务、专业发展等方面详细地分析了二者的师资队伍建设主要做法与经验.

Abstract:There are two types of institutions for vocational higher education in Germany: technological academy and vocational institute. High-level teaching force is the guarantee for the quality of vocational and technical higher education in Germany. In order to fully understand the construction of teaching force for vo-cational and technical education in Germany, the article starts with a brief introduction to the establishment and development of technological academy and vocational institute. Then it analyzes the main practices and expe-riences in construction of teaching force in detail from the aspects of qualifications, responsibilities and pro-fessional development.
