| Abstract: | An effective supervising mechanism for teaching and research is estab-lished to make the teachers put their teaching practices in the teaching research work so that we can see how well they teach and by what means they will improve their teaching, whereby teaching research will be developed from an individual activity to the whole. Consequently teaching quality will be improved and the all-round development education promoted as well. |
