| 摘 要： | 目的:评价心肌损伤标志物cTnT/I、M yo、CK-MB质量在急性心肌梗死(AM I)中的早期诊断价值.方法:对226例AM I患者进行心肌标志物和心肌酶比较.结果:心肌标志物在AM I发病早期升高的幅度较心肌酶升高显著(P<0.01).结论:心肌损伤标志物cTnT/、IM yo、CK-MB质量在AM I早期诊断中具有重要的临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the value of myocardial damage markers level in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),including cTnT/I,Myo,CK-MB.Methods] It was used to analyze the indexes in 226 cases of AMI,comparing their myocardial damage markers with myocardial enzymogram.Results] In early AMI,the level of myocardial damage markers including cTnT/I,Myo,CK-MB was significantly higher than that of myocardial enzymogram(P<0.01).Conclusions] The level of myocardial damage markers is quite valuable in early clinical diagnosis of AMI. |
