| 摘 要： | 太极拳运动是一项集哲理、健身、技击于一身的体育运动,它以弧形的运动轨迹来体现“万变不离其圆“的哲理,本文试论述了太极拳拳理、拳架练习、技击中“圆“的体现,使人们更加深入的了解太极拳的实质,以期为太极拳的传承和发展提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Taijiquan is a kind of sport activity combined with philosophy ideas,health improvement and fighting skills.It expresses the "none change is unassociated with the roundness " philosophy thought through arcing actions.This paper discusses the expression of "round" thought in Taijiquan theories,Taijiquan poses and fighting skills with the aim to help people reach deeper understanding to the essence of Taijiquan and to make some contributions to the heritage and development of Taijiquan. |
