| 摘 要： | 应急物流作为我国安全保障体系里一个非常重要的组成部分,其建设与发展直接关系着国家、社会对各种突发事件及灾害的有效应对能力.因此,应站在战略的高度从系统论的观点出发,推进我国应急物流体系的建设.本文将针对其涉及的危机等级识别、信息的沟通、采购、运输、流通加工和配送等各个环节,研究如何有效整合各个环节,形成具有较高可靠性的应急物流网络体系.
