| Abstract: | The key factor of restraining the investment of manpower resources in an enterprise lies in the risk of the investment of manpower resources. By seizing what is in manpower resources, we are able to analyse the characteristics of the risk, and by meeting such characteristics of the risk, we are able to set up training mechanism, and to perfect incentive mechanism in order to dispel and dissolve the risk, thus leading to the improvement of the investment of manpower resources in an enterprise. |
